An exciting update regarding Mayfair Witches Season 3‘s release date and filming has emerged. According to a new report, a home in New Westminster was being used in recent months for the third season’s production. Filming for the AMC series’s third installment began in late October, following its renewal in April 2025.
Mayfair Witches Season 3 reportedly begins filming in Canada
Mayfair Witches Season 3 is reportedly filming at Galbraith Manor, a historic property in New Westminster, British Columbia, Canada. Nearby residents told Daily Hive that they were issued a notice of filming that stated that production for the supernatural horror series was taking place at the property. Moreover, according to the outlet, film crews were spotted at the location last week and in late October.
Galbraith Manor is located on the corner of Queens Avenue and Eighth Street, a few blocks up from New Westminster Courthouse and New Westminster Skytrain station. The official website calls the house “the ideal location for all of your conference, meetings, and mediation needs.” As per BC Assessment, the property costs $2,006,000.
The four-storey house was constructed in 1892. It has a distinctive square corner tower, wraparound verandah, elaborate exterior, and interior millwork. Further, the house is surrounded by a granite wall that was installed in the Edwardian era.
The house has a Great room, a dining room, a full kitchen, a lounge, and an exterior wrap-around porch, which can be readily accessed. Meanwhile, the exterior of the house has sloped Gothic roofs and brick and wooden exteriors.
Production on Mayfair Witches Season 3 began on October 20, 2025, and is expected to take place until February 11, 2026, as per DGC BC’s production list. However, AMC’s official Instagram account confirmed the production’s commencement on November 4, 2025.
Mayfair Witches Season 3 currently does not have an official release date or window. However, fans can prepare for the third installment by checking out Seasons 1 and 2 on Netflix.
Michelle Ashford and Esta Spalding co-created the series, based on Anne Rice’s Mayfair Witches novel trilogy. Alexandra Daddario stars as Rowan Fielding, a neurosurgeon and witch who is the heiress to the Mayfair dynasty.
