Most Craved is pleased to welcome to the studio this week The Night Before’s Jonathan Levine
Jonathan Levine, the man behind films like The Wackness, 50/50 and Warm Bodies, has a new film in theaters today with the Christmas comedy The Night Before. Starring Seth Rogen, Anthony Mackie, Joseph Gordon-Levitt and a seemingly unending list of other top comedy talent, The Night Before follows three best friends who, now in their 30s, decide to spend one final Christmas Eve together before transitioning into adulthood. The night has other plans for them, however, and it’s not long before the trio embark on a series of trials and tribulations that will test their friendship as they traverse New York City in search of a legendary Christmas party, the Nutcracker Ball.
On the latest episode of Most Craved, which you can check out in the player above, Jonathan Levine joins our regular trio of hosts, including Jenna Busch of Legion of Leia, our own Silas Lesnick and, back but still recovering from knee surgery, William Bibbiani of CraveOnline! They’re beginning the conversation with a discussion of The Night Before and of the best Christmas movies in general before taking a look at two big news stories this week: Val Kilmer’s comments that he’ll be returning for the long-awaited Top Gun sequel and the news that AMBI Pictures is looking at remaking Christopher Nolan’s Memento.
