Find out what’s on the way to the small screen in Most Craved’s Fall television preview!
It’s already September and we’re about to face a new fall television lineup. That’s why, on the latest episode of Most Craved, we’re offering a fall television preview, sharing the new series that have us the most excited. There’s quite a few exciting returns on the way with shows like The CW‘s hit DC Comics adaptations The Flash and Arrow and the enduring British sci-fi classic Doctor Who. Other shows have been away for some time such as Heroes Reborn and The X-Files (which we’re including even though it doesn’t start until January). More shows still are based on movies like FOX’s Minority Report and CBS’ Limitless, while others, like CBS’ Supergirl and ABC’s The Muppets, offer reinventions of familiar characters.
The television landscape is rapidly changing, however. Fewer and fewer people are watching actual broadcast television, opting instead for various streaming services, while the number of fans “binge watching” whole seasons at a time is growing greater and greater. As such, television is changing in a lot of unexpected ways. What effect is that going to have on newly-debuting fall shows?
Hosting the Fall Television Preview are Jenna Busch of Legion of Leia, William Bibbiani of CraveOnline and our own Silas Lesnick. In the above player, you can find out which series each has most chiefly on their radar and why.
