The casting for X-Men: First Class continues…
Deadline is now reporting Oliver Platt will join the Matthew Vaughn-directed production. He’s not a mutant, instead, he’s playing a character called the Man in Black.
Rose Byrne was confirmed to star in the film today as well.
James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Rose Byrne, Alice Eve, Kevin Bacon, Nicholas Hoult, Jennifer Lawrence, Caleb Landry Jones, Lucas Till, Edi Gathegi and Jason Flemyng will star in the film which opens June 3, 2011.
