The Texas Chain Saw Massacre Video Game Announced from Friday the 13th Publisher/Developer

With 2017’s Friday the 13th game and the upcoming Evil Dead video game, games based on iconic horror films seem to be coming back. And The Texas Chain Saw Massacre part of that wave as it is getting a video game of its own.

Not much was shown about the title, but it will be an online multiplayer title. The game’s Twitter account says that it will be an “authentic gaming experience based on the groundbreaking 1974 film.”

Gun Media and Sumo Digital are behind the game. Gun also helped publish and develop the aforementioned Friday the 13th game. And given Gun’s work on Friday the 13th, it has a decent chance of being an asymmetrical horror game that pits Leatherface against a band of survivors.
