Plot Summary: The film tells the inspiring true story of how Nelson Mandela joined forces with the captain of South Africa's rugby team to help unite their country. Newly elected President Mandela knows his nation remains racially and economically divided in the wake of apartheid. Believing he can bring his people together through the universal language of sport, Mandela rallies South Africa's underdog rugby team as they make an unlikely run to the 1995 World Cup Championship match.

Clint should play one last great role : Bruce Wayne, scars and all, looking back over his life...

As much as we would like, Clint is not in the movie. He's only directing. Catch him Friday in Gran Torino. Could be his last in his acting career.

Reese is correct. Gran Torino is Eastwoods last acting role. It has been hyped as Eastwood playing a sort of "retired Dirty Harry".

Being a South African and a huge rugby fan, I can not imagine a more finer team than Eastwood & Freeman (and Damon) to tell this story to the world. As a nation it was one of our finest moments. Hope Matt can pull off the South African accent (Leo took some getting used to in Blood Diamond)
