It’s a day later and no one is talking about the results of the 2014 MTV Movie Awards, but they are talking about the commercials and clips that played because as a society we care more about being marketed to than the eventual products. That said, I have another piece of marketing for you to chew on, that being a new clip from The Amazing Spider-Man 2 (Sony; 5/2) and I’ll be curious to read your opinion on this one.
In the clip Electro (Jamie Foxx) gets upset and tries to electrocute all of Times Square and director Marc Webb has decided to portray the scene in a freeze frame, which undoubtedly looks cool, but once it picks back up do you feel as if you’ve seen anything special?
