Warner Bros. Studios has changed the release date for Anne Hathaway and Ewan McGregor’s upcoming movie, Flowervale Street. However, important details about the plot of the movie remain under wraps.
Anne Hathaway and Ewan McGregor’s Flowervale Street moved to Summer 2026
Recent reports confirm that the release date for the upcoming movie Flowervale Street has been changed.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, this comes after Warner Bros. recently altered its release calendar for movies coming in 2025 and 2026. The release of Flowervale Street has been delayed by five months and it will now come out on August 14, 2026.
Previously, the Warner Bros. production was slated for a release on March 13, 2026. Flowervale Street features a talented supporting cast alongside Ewan McGregor and Anne Hathaway in the lead roles. The two lead stars will be accompanied by Christian Convery and Maisy Stella, whose casting update was shared in March 2024.
While details regarding the plot of the movie are still a mystery, in April 2024, some behind-the-scenes images of Hathaway caused a stir among fans. As per Just Jared, the actress was photographed with a fireplace poker in her hands as she shot for the upcoming movie. Moreover, Hathaway was all bloodied up and she looked like her character was gearing up for some action.
In February 2024, fans also began speculating whether dinosaurs would appear in the movie. However, this theory was debunked by Ewan McGregor. He told Collider, “I don’t know where they’re getting dinosaurs from. That may or may not be the case.” He further expressed his excitement about working with Mitchell and Hathaway. The actor also revealed he and Hathaway will be taking on the role of parents. McGregor added, “I’m trying not to say anything. I’ve spoiled that part. We’re both parents.”
