F. Gary Gray’s Fenix Studios options video game Echo for feature adaptation
Echo is an action-thriller that follows the character En as she arrives at a vast and mysterious palace hidden in the depths of space. The Palace is a legend, a marvel of the old civilizations eons gone, still awaiting its first human occupants. As En hopes to use forgotten technologies to bring back a life that shouldn’t have been lost, she is confronted by the palace’s copies, called Echoes, that study her and use her own actions against her. The video game was developed and published by Ultra Ultra.
Gray will produce the feature from an adapted screenplay by Derek Kolstad (John Wick). Dj2 Entertainment (Sonic the Hedgehog) will also produce the project while Gary Glushon will oversee for Fenix. The launch trailer for the game premiered in 2017, which you can check out below.
