Jo Jung-Suk’s Captivating the King Episode 11 Trailer Teases Shin Se-Kyung’s Arrest 

The trailer of Captivating the King Episode 11 has recently been released. Starring Jo Jung-Suk and Shin Sae-Kyung, the K-drama revolves around a lonely and misunderstood king and a vengeful baduk player.

In episode 10, Kang Hee-Soo/Mong-Woo’s plan has likely failed. She helps Princess Jangryeong escape her marriage with the Qing Prince. But Principal Director Park Jong-Hwan catches the fake princess.

In the Captivating the King Episode 11 trailer, Shin Se-Kyung’s Hee-Soo will take the blame, resulting in her arrest. It will be interesting to watch if King Lee In can save her this time or not.

Captivating the King Episode 11 trailer: Shin Se-Kyung gets arrested after her plan fails

Captivating the King Episode 11 trailer begins with Principal Director Park Jong-Hwan reporting to King Lee In about the culprit who dared to go against the royal command. Jo Jung-suk’s Lee In initially looks surprised to learn that Hee-Soo planned to send a maid in place of Princess Jangryeong. He asks Jong-Hwan whether he is sure of the allegations or not. 

Kim Myung-Ha questions Shin Se-Kyung’s Mong-Woo/Hee-Soo if she will take all the blame. She replies, “I have plotted everything.” The next scene features Lee In angrily asking Hee-Soo, “Did you expect me to forgive your crimes because I am in love with you?”

In the Captivating the King episode 11 trailer, she is heard saying that her love for him is not false. Meanwhile, the Queen seems concerned about the Grand Prince, who rushes to the court. The trailer ends with Lee In and Hee-Soo meeting on a rainy day. She narrates, “I will endure any sufferings that may follow.” After her plan fails, it seems she will be arrested. 

Captivating the King Episode 11 will air on Saturday, February 17, 2024, at 9:20 p.m. KST on tvN. The K-drama also streams on Netflix.
