Starting production on Blind Alley
The Devil’s Backbone co-writer Antonio Trashorras is getting behind the tentatively titled Callejon (or, Blind Alley). Shooting is expected to begin in Spain in early 2011.
Trashorras describes the film as “an action thriller that finishes up as a horror film, a lowish-budget film with a twist.”
It tells of a young woman, actress Ana de Armas, who’s trapped in a laundry room and has to escape from a killer.
Roxbury Pics, Colombia’s Dynamo Capital and Antena 3 Films are producing.
