General Hospital Spoilers Today: [Spoiler] Wakes from Coma in Feb. 12 Recap

Catch up on the eventful General Hospital February 12 episode with a spoilers-filled recap. Nathan and Lulu discuss their relationship, Brook Lynn has a heartfelt conversation with Gio, and Portia’s paternity test is finally revealed.

Spoilers for what happened on General Hospital on February 12, 2026

Nathan and Lulu confess

Nathan asks Lulu for help picking Valentine’s Day treats for James’s class, and she agrees. After coming home from shopping, they start preparing the goody bags. Their conversation soon turns to discussing their feelings. Nathan expresses to have a future with her, and Lulu does the same.

A mother’s advice

While entertaining Bailey Lu, Chase opens up, saying he wants to have a baby with Brook Lynn. But she says that she is currently focused on building a relationship with Gio. Later, Gio shows up and confides in her about his worries of losing Emma.

Brook Lynn sympathizes with him and reassures him that it might never come to it. However, if it does, she urges him to convince Emma to return. Gio feels better and says that it’s nice to have a cousin who was ultimately revealed to be his mother.

Portia reveals the results

Portia finally reveals that Curtis is the father of her baby. While both Trina and Curtis celebrate, Isaiah congratulates him and walks away. Curtis reassures Portia that they’ll have equal custody and that he’ll start working on their divorce papers. Portia talks to Isaiah and comforts him. He says that he still loves her and will love the baby.

Later, Curtis talks to Jordan about the results and their agreement on shared custody. The two then decide to continue their relationship, knowing Portia won’t be a problem. Elsewhere, Trina talks to Ava about the results. After giving her own experience as an example, Ava urges Trina to maintain a healthy relationship with her mother, saying that Portia loves her very much. Despite the problems, Trina can’t imagine her life without her mother.

Dante and Chase reconcile

Dante talks to Jordan about becoming the commissioner. She tells him that he’s a good leader and that everyone respects him. Later, he talks to Chase to ensure there won’t be a problem between them. Chase assures him that he will no longer pursue Michael’s case, and the two shake on it.

Maxie wakes up

In Boston, Felicia brought Georgie and James to visit Maxie. James is disappointed that his mother can’t see his Valentine’s Day treats or watch him skate. After spending some time beside Maxie’s bed, the three prepare to leave. In a surprising twist, Maxie wakes up and tells him to wear a helmet while skating.
