With the latest episode, General Hospital revealed who the new character is after actor Chris McKenna teased their arrival earlier this month. With everything that the character is involved in, it seems like they are here to stay for a long time.

Andrew Hawkes just debuted on General Hospital as WSB Agent Ross Cullum
Recently, Chris McKenna, who plays Jack Brennan in General Hospital, teased that he filmed a few scenes with a brand new character in his Instagram video. While he didn’t disclose who it was, he did, however, tease that they would be introduced soon. It appears that the day is finally here.
During the Wednesday, January 14, episode, the show introduced the new character, who turns out be WSB Agent Ross Cullum, played by Andrew Hawkes. He serves as the director of the agency.
In a surprising twist, it is soon made clear that he is the mysterious partner that Sidwell has been working with all this time. Cullum first appears in Anna’s room after she tricks Pascal and takes his gun. As she is about to escape the room, he chokes her from behind and renders her unconscious.
When Sidwell arrives, he tells him that she didn’t see her face and that she still doesn’t know where she is. The man also blames Pascal for being careless and nearly blowing their operation. But Sidwell reasons that he’s the reason Anna thinks that she’s in a different country. The two then argue that keeping Anna in Spoon Island has become a distraction for their project. Sidwell then blames Britt for the delay, but the man believes that she’s an important part of the project. He says that she’s the only one who could deliver a prototype.
Later in the episode, the man shows up at Jack’s room. Jack calls him “Director Callum,” revealing that he’s a higher-ranking agent at WSB. After entering the room, he informs Jack, “We have a situation. We lost Anna Devane.”
