Has All Her Fault Season 2 Been Canceled or Renewed?

All Her Fault wrapped its first installment, and now fans are curious about Season 2. It seems the finale answered the central mystery but did leave a few character threads hanging. This has made the prospect of a renewal a bit confusing for some viewers. Is the story truly finished, or could Peacock bring Marissa Irvine’s world back for more?

Has Peacock canceled All Her Fault Season 2 or renewed it for Season 2?

Peacock has not announced a renewal for Sarah Snook-led All Her Fault Season 2 as of writing.

One of the reasons why this silence is not very surprising is the structure of the show. The series was built as an adaptation of Andrea Mara’s standalone novel. Thus, it seems unlikely that a Season 2 will be developed for All Her Fault.

The finale closes the central kidnapping plot. The resolution, along with the fact that the series was marketed and told as a single, self-contained thriller, lowers the chance of a direct Season 2.

That said, it is not officially confirmed if the door on a renewal is slammed shut. It should be noted that platforms wait for a couple of weeks, sometimes even months, to analyze the show’s performance. If it does thrive amongst viewers and generate enough revenue for the platform, the series could possibly have a renewal.

Peacock has an option to create it in an anthology-style installment. Season 2, if greenlit, could focus on Marissa (Sarah Snook) and Jenny (Dakota Fanning) on different paths. This could be explored into separate arcs if the creators choose to continue the plot.

As of now, a second season for All Her Fault is neither confirmed nor renewed, and it all depends on Peacock. Nevertheless, fans would have to wait for an official update on the same.
