Seven new games are joining Xbox Game Pass in the second half of April, including four new releases. Xbox also announced three games coming to Game Pass Core. However, six games will leave Microsoft’s subscription service at the end of the month.
Game Pass getting seven new games
Game Pass releases begin to drop in the second half of April with Harold Halibut, which released today, April 16. The narrative adventure game takes players to a city-sized spaceship submerged on an alien planet. Players led the title character in a retro-futuristic sci-fi adventure depicted in a unique motion-inspired art style.
The 2020 action tower defense game Orcs Must Die! 3 hits Game Pass on April 17. Players choose between two apprentice battle mages who use traps, weapons, and abilities to hold back a tide of vicious orcs. Players can repel the horde solo or in a two-player co-op.
Meanwhile, EA Sports NHL 24 arrives a day later on April 18 via EA Play. However, it is console only.
Next is the upcoming JRPG Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes, which launches on Game Pass day one on April 23. Players assemble a six-person party from a roster of over 100 heroes and lead them on a 2.5D fantasy adventure. It serves as a spiritual successor to Konami’s Suikoden series, with whom it shares a director.
Realizing on April 25, Another Crab’s Treasure takes players on a unique underwater soulslike adventure. It stars Kril the hermit crab on an epic adventure to buy back his repossessed shell. Players will arm themselves with various garbage to battle massive, compared to him, enemies.
The second to last Game Pass game for April the preview of Manor Lords. Available on PC only, it combines in-depth city building and complex economic and social simulation with Total War-style tactical battles.
Finally, Have A Nice Death arrives on the subscription service on April 30. Players control an overworked Grim Reaper whose minions have run amok, ruining his vacation. Death must get his employees back in line if he wants his time off.

Additionally, Microsoft is adding the following three games to Game Pass Core on April 23:
