Black Butler season 4 episode 6 recap: Sebastian’s tricks help Ciel win
Black Butler -Public School Arc- (Season 4) episode 6, “His Butler, Scheming,” sheds light on the rivalry between the Green House and the Blue House. Vincent Phantomhive, Ciel’s father, was the Blue House prefect, and Diedrich was the Green House prefect.
Diedrich abhorred Vincent for lazing around despite being the prefect, which led to a bet between them. If they lose, they promise to follow the winner’s wish after the cricket tournament. Subsequently, Diedrich loses the match and, therefore, the bet and Vincent asks him to be his drudge.
The episode returns to the present when Ciel’s uncle motivates Ciel to follow his father’s legacy and lead the Blue House to victory. During the tournament, Sebastian and Ciel plot various schemes that lead the opposing houses to lose.
Initially, Sebastian mixes laxatives with food and serves it to the Red House students. Then, the Blue House follows Ciel’s advice to use their intelligence to win because athletics is not their strong suit. As such, he asks Sebastian to play the orchestra, which helps the Blue House make their moves on the field.
Finally, the Blue and Green Houses remain to confront one another. Right then, the headmaster appears for the first time in the show, prompting Sebastian to rush to him.
