Love Song for Illusion episode 11 spoilers: Did the plague spread because of Park Ji-Hoon?

In Love Song for Illusion episode 11, Sajo Yung is imprisoned after Ak-Hee hides that he is the alter personality. Meanwhile, a plague spreads around the village and his kingdom, affecting Prince Ga Ron of Jinhoi.

The latter is Sajo Hyeong’s guest, to whom Sajo Yung sold the kingdom’s women. In the previous episode, the king and Yeon Wol try to teach him a lesson. The situation between the two kingdoms becomes complicated when the prince gets sick in episode 11. When Yeon Wol visits the village to find a cure, she sees that the flu has spread around town. Sajo Yung’s followers take advantage of the situation and spread a rumor.

The rumor states that the “haunted king” has brought plague to the village. People begin to protest to dethrone Sajo Hyeong. Yeon Wol tells her guard the truth that Ak-Hee is not an “evil spirit” but an alter ego. Meanwhile, the latter tries to reason with the ministers, stating that the plague is because of the season.

On the other hand, Sajo Hyeong is paralyzed and lying still in his subconscious state while Ak-Hee tries to hold the fort for him. To find a cure for the king, Ak-Hee and Yeon Wol try to find Shaman Cheong-Ta. The alter-ego, who once used to be Sajo Hyeong’s enemy, helps him to meet his lover. Despite severe pain, he lets Yeon Wol use his subconscious mind so that she can meet Sajo Hyeong.
