Plot Summary: There are heroes... there are superheroes... and then there's Hancock (Will Smith). With great power comes great responsibility – everyone knows that – everyone, that is, but Hancock. Edgy, conflicted, sarcastic, and misunderstood, Hancock's well-intentioned heroics might get the job done and save countless lives, but always seem to leave jaw-dropping damage in their wake. The public has finally had enough – as grateful as they are to have their local hero, the good citizens of Los Angeles are wondering what they ever did to deserve this guy. Hancock isn't the kind of man who cares what other people think – until the day that he saves the life of PR executive Ray Embrey (Jason Bateman), and the sardonic superhero begins to realize that he may have a vulnerable side after all. Well Brandon Browning, Id say that Will Smith is a good actor, maybe even a great actor, but I wouldnt say he's one of the greatest actors to ever act. Im a huge fan of Will Smith but I wouldnt compare him to Al Pacino, Tom Hanks, Jack Nicholson, Morgan Freeman, etc etc. Now I'll say that in time, Will Smith could very well be in that group, but I dont think he's starred in enough serious roles to be considered one of the greatest ever. Just my .02 though.

I think will smith is just getting better and better with time. I've yet to be dissapointed, he makes great choices in his movie roles and I enjoy watching him grow. I can't wait to see this movie it's a definite block buster.

r u kiddn, it's will smith. i have not seen a bad movie from him yet, looking forward to seeing this one. the clips look great. he brings such a down to earth type of personality to all his roles and you can really relate to them, i just love it.

well i cant say that i havent seen a bad movie of his, im a huge fan of his but legend of beggar vance and wild wild west is will at his worst and still he amazes me. i think this should be very interesting and im egar to find out how it will play out and if he can pull it off. his awsome choice of what role to take and turn down has got him very far. but its not all about taking allstar role and living up to expectations that makes great actors, its somtime about taking iffy role that u cant predict the outcome and turning them into blockbusters. but this role is somthing new for mr smith and as always i beleive he will deliver. btw he struck gold by turning down the matrix it sucked in the long run.

sorry but whoever thought "I AM LEGEND" was a great film needs to seriously reflect on how long they've been watching movies (it was 110 mins of complete crap) definately not 1 of Smith's best roles (gotta be realistic here) but i'll give Hancock a chance the teaser looked somewhat interesting.
