Jimmy Uso has broken his silence on his brother Jey Uso’s recent botches, which took place on WWE RAW. Last week’s edition, which took place in Brussels, Belgium, saw Jey take on Austin Theory, with Grayson Waller at ringside.
Jey Uso scored a decisive win over Austin Theory in a squash match. Although Theory landed a few punches after Waller caused a distraction, Jey countered by hitting a crossbody to secure an easy victory.
The chaos continued after the match. Jey Uso superkicked Grayson Waller, sending him out of the ring. However, when he attempted a dive onto Waller and Theory outside, he landed awkwardly on them instead. The botched dive quickly became a talking point, with fans mocking Jey throughout the past week.
This week on WWE RAW in Glasgow, Scotland, Jey Uso suffered another mishap. He reunited with his brother, Jimmy Uso, for the first time in a long time to take on Austin Theory and Grayson Waller.
The Usos secured a victory over Theory and Waller, but the chaos didn’t end there. After the match, Gunther ambushed Jimmy Uso. Jey rushed to his brother’s aid, landing several superkicks. However, as he attempted a spear, he lost his footing and slipped.
With Jey Uso’s back-to-back botches overshadowing his Royal Rumble win, Jimmy didn’t hold back. As WrestleMania 41 approaches, Jimmy called out his brother, saying he had become a “joke.”
Jimmy Uso addresses Jey Uso’s botched moves on WWE RAW
Jimmy Uso grabbed a chair, forcing Gunther to retreat after Jey Uso’s slip. Backstage, Jey sat alone on a stairwell, staring down in frustration. Jimmy found him and wasted no time addressing the issue. He said, “Last week, you’ve been hitting that dive for 15 years, Uce. You became a damn joke. Tonight, the kill shot was right there, but you were out there slipping, messing up.”
He warned Jey Uso that if this continued, he had no chance of winning at WrestleMania 41 against Gunther. Jey admitted his doubts; however, Jimmy didn’t hold back, insisting that this version of Jey wouldn’t beat Gunther. He wants to see Main Event Jey Uso or The Right Hand Man return.
After encouraging his brother, Jimmy Uso confronted Gunther and issued a challenge for next week. The Ring General smirked and mocked Jey Uso’s recent botches. Without hesitation, Jimmy slapped Gunther across the face and walked off.
