Drew McIntyre’s WWE Contract Status Revealed

Drew McIntyre’s WWE contract status has stirred up considerable speculation following recent events. After his win in the Men’s Elimination Chamber Match, McIntyre’s focus shifted to WrestleMania 40. He is slated to challenge Seth Rollins for the World Heavyweight Championship at the much-anticipated annual event. On the latest episode of WWE RAW, McIntyre maintained his momentum, urging Rollins to prioritize their impending clash and distance himself from The Bloodline.

Amidst the wrestling world’s anticipation, conflicting reports emerged regarding McIntyre’s contractual future. Initially, BWE Wrestling suggested that McIntyre had inked a new deal with WWE. Of late, Drew McIntyre has been performing at a level that stands out and, for that reason, has drawn wide acclamation from all fans. He is a favorite to win against Seth Rollins for the World Heavyweight Title at WrestleMania 40. However, even with such momentum, McIntyre’s WWE contract is reportedly expiring immediately after WrestleMania 40.

Though recent conflicting reports suggest that he is yet to sign an extension with the company, word is that both parties in question are looking to reach an agreement. Meanwhile, various signs show he might very well consider inking a new deal with WWE. He has been prominently featured on WWE programming in the summer and has continued to engage in verbal exchanges, particularly aimed at CM Punk, who is currently sidelined due to injury but is expected to return later in the year.

Given McIntyre’s recent stellar performances and ongoing involvement in storylines, it appears to be only a matter of time before he commits to a new deal with WWE.
