Shudder has released the first trailer for the upcoming fourth season of Creepshow.
Creepshow, Shudder’s hit horror anthology series, returns with a brand-new season in October 2023. The full list of cast and crew involved with Creepshow Season 4 has yet to be revealed, however, Halloween III: Season of the Witch’s Tom Atkins is one actor who appears in the newly released footage.

Creepshow: From 1982 to 2023
Creepshow was originally a 1982 anthology film directed by George A. Romero and penned by first-time screenwriter Stephen King. An homage to various horror comics like Tales from the Crypt, Creepshow consists of five short stories starring actors including Hal Holbrook, Ted Danson, Leslie Nielsen, and even Atkins in an uncredited role.
The film was followed by Creepshow 2, a sequel directed by Michael Gornick and written by Romero, along with the straight-to-video Creepshow 3 in 2006.
Showrunner Greg Nicotero revived Creepshow for Shudder in 2019. Turning the cult-favorite film into a television show with two different stories per episode, the series aired its second season in April 2021 and its third season in September 2021. Additionally, Shudder has put out a handful of Creepshow specials, including 2020’s A Creepshow Animated Special and 2020’s A Creepshow Holiday Special.
Actors who have appeared in the first three seasons of Creepshow include Michael Rooker, Justin Long, Kieth David, Tobin Bell, Giancarlo Esposito, Adrienne Barbeau, Jeffrey Combs, Ted Raimi, King Bach, and more.
The success of Shudder’s television series has inspired not only two Scholastic Books novels, Creepshow: The Taker and Creepshow: The Cursed, but also a new line of Creepshow comics from Skybound Entertainment. The second volume of Skybound’s Creepshow comics, which comes from a large handful of talented creators, launches on September 12, 2023.
Creepshow Season 4 premieres on October 13, 2023, on Shudder, AMC and AMC Plus.
