AMC+ has released the teaser trailer for upcoming U.S. debut of action thriller drama Spy City starring Dominic Cooper (Preacher). The video features an English double agent as he goes on a mission to Berlin to uncover the person who has been leaking important information to the Russians. The six-part series is scheduled to premiere in the U.S. on Thursday, April 15. Check out the video in the player below!

Spy City is an espionage Cold War series that follows the awful dilemma faced by the English spy Fielding Scott, as he is sent to Berlin in 1961 on a mission to find out the source of the leak of vital security information. The Russians, it seems, know everything. Someone in Berlin is giving away all the secrets of the Western – American, British, and French – powers. Fielding has been given possibly the hardest job in the world: clean up Berlin. He must find out who the traitor is and expose, arrest, or eliminate that person.
The series will be led by Dominic Cooper, who is best known for his TV roles in Agent Carter and The Preacher. He will be joined by Romane Portail (Sense8), Leonie Benesch (The Crown) and Johanna Wokalek (Tatort).

Spy City is created and written by William Boyd with German Portuguese filmmaker Miguel Alexandre serving as its director. On top of starring, Dominic Cooper is also executive producer along with Boy, Bill Block, Thomas Augsberger, Michael Schuld, Sven Philipp, Wolfgang Feindt, and Annika Schmidt. The series is also produced by Anand Tucker, Colleen Woodcock, Mischa Hofmann, Britta Meyermann, and Ann-Kathrin Eicher with Andrea Wetzel set as the line producer.
The series is co-production by Odeon Fiction, ZDF, Seven Stories, Wilma Film, and Magenta TV.
