Late-night hosts Jimmy Fallon and Seth Meyers made President Donald Trump‘s latest remarks the subject of monologues. Both hosts took aim at Trump’s comments after he seemingly referred to Democratic Senator Jon Ossoff as “Pinky Herman” rather than Pee-wee Herman.

On The Tonight Show, Fallon revisited Trump’s appearance at a Georgia high school, where the president said, “I fought Ossoff before, as you know, and we won. We had a great success against this guy. He reminds me of Pinky Herman. Do you ever see Pinky Herman?” After showing the clip, Fallon joked that Ossoff would respond in his Pee-wee Herman voice, saying, “I know you are, but what am I?”

The host followed that by adding, “Pinky Herman sounds like the guy who ripped him off on the reflecting pool.” Fallon then switched into a Trump impression, joking, “He’s one of the greats, but my all-time favorites are Mikey Mouse, and Sponge Boob was great.” He wrapped up the segment by remarking, “You got to give Trump credit: He misspeaks in ways nobody ever thought possible.”

Meyers also focused part of Late Night around the president’s remarks, introducing the clip by describing it as an unusual attack on Ossoff. Once the clip ended, Meyers reacted, “Who the f— is Pinky Herman? Is that some mobster from Queens who took you under his wing?” He then launched into a Trump impression, saying, “Pinky taught me everything I know. He used to say, if you really want to show ’em who’s boss, fall asleep in meetings.”

Closing out the segment, Meyers questioned whether Trump had actually meant Pee-wee Herman, adding, “Sorry, do you mean Pee-wee Herman? Because he doesn’t look anything like Pee-wee Herman. If anything, I bet the inside of your brain looks like Pee-wee’s Playhouse.” His final joke was immediately followed by the Pee-wee’s Playhouse theme music, drawing laughter from the studio audience.
