A new update for Wednesday Season 2 has unveiled the official titles for the first four episodes. Shared ahead of the season’s premiere, the reveal hints at the eerie and mysterious events set to unfold as Wednesday Addams returns to Nevermore Academy.

Wednesday Season 2 will premiere on August 6, 2025, with Part 1. The season is split into two parts, with Part 2 set to release on September 3.
Season 2 returns Jenna Ortega as Wednesday Addams, who reenters Nevermore Academy facing unexpected challenges. Co-creators and executive producers Alfred Gough and Miles Millar told Tudum, “Wednesday goes into this season thinking she knows Nevermore. But as soon as she returns, nothing happens the way she’s expecting. She thinks she’s going to be in control, that she knows where all the bodies are buried, but she doesn’t. Nothing is what it seems in Season 2.”
The following episode titles and credits have been officially confirmed for Part 1:
- Episode 1 is titled “Here We Woe Again,” written by Alfred Gough and Miles Millar, and directed by Tim Burton.
- Episode 2 is titled “The Devil You Woe,” written by Matt Lambert and directed by Paco Cabezas.
- Episode 3 is titled “Call of the Woe,” written by Valentina Garza and directed by Paco Cabezas.
- Episode 4 is titled “If These Woes Could Talk,” written by Lauren Otero and directed by Tim Burton.
Tim Burton, who directed Episodes 1 and 4, is also a producer on the series. Season 2 introduces new images featuring returning characters including Enid Sinclair (Emma Myers), Pugsley Addams (Isaac Ordonez), Eugene Otinger (Moosa Mostafa), Morticia Addams (Catherine Zeta-Jones), Gomez Addams (Luis Guzmán), and Uncle Fester (Fred Armisen).
Netflix confirmed that Wednesday has also been renewed for Season 3 ahead of its upcoming release. The new season promises a supernatural mystery that continues the series’ dark and eerie tone.
