According to the report, Givens is set to play Jada Jet, a powerful CEO for Jet Industries. The character is passionate and hard-working and is extremely protective of her son in the process. The outlet notes that Jet has a “deep past,” but is a woman with a good heart who will do whatever it takes to protect her family.

Givens will join the series in its third season, which has no release information as of yet. The second season of Batwoman just recently wrapped up last month and saw Ryan Wilder (Javicia Leslie) take up the mantle as Batwoman after Kate Kane left Gotham in search of her missing cousin Bruce Wayne.

Season 2 of Batwoman also featured new cast members Shivani Ghai (Dominion) as Safiyah, Leah Gibson as The Whisper, Nathan Owens as Ocean, and Alex Morf as Victor Zsasz as well as the introduction of DC villain Black Mask.
