Marvel has released a new international trailer for Guardians of the Galaxy that adds a little back-story to the film’s characters including Chris Pratt as Star-Lord and a little more footage of the Bradley Cooper-voiced Rocket Raccoon.
From what I can tell this is Marvel’s equivalent to Star Wars and I’m actually quite interested in checking it out. The characters alone seem to give it a different flavor than what we’ve come to be used to in the Marvel cinematic universe. The cast also includes Zoe Saldana as Gamora, Dave Bautista as Drax and Vin Diesel voices the sentient tree, Groot.
Guardians of the Galaxy hits theaters on August 1. Check out the trailer below.
