After releasing a teaser trailer last night during “24: Live Another Day“, Fox has released a full, extended trailer for the upcoming Batman-inspired TV series, “Gotham” featuring Ben McKenzie (“Southland”) as a young Detective Jim Gordon (the role played by Gary Oldman in Christopher Nolan‘s The Dark Knight films) as he investigates the murder of Bruce Wayne’s parents.
The series will introduce Gotham City villains in their earliest stages including Penguin (Robin Lord Taylor), Catwoman (Camren Bicondova), The Riddler (Cory Michael Smith) and Poison Ivy (Clare Foley). Jada Pinkett Smith also stars as a new character, crime boss named Fish Mooney.
Fox has already ordered at least 13 episodes of the show, which will premiere later this year. Check out the extended trailer below.
