New What Men Want clip and TV spot
Paramount Pictures has released a new TV spot along with a clip from the upcoming comedy What Men Want. First, the spot gives us a (slightly) more toned-down look at the film than the red band trailer did, while the special clip shows us the ups and downs of actually being able to read the thoughts of the opposite sex. You can check out both clips in the player below!
What Men Want is the latest comedy from director Adam Shankman (Hairspray, Rock of Ages) and producers Will Packer and James Lopez (Girls Trip). It stars Taraji P. Henson (Hidden Figures) in the lead role, and co-stars Tracy Morgan (30 Rock), Aldis Hodge (Underground), Richard Roundtree (Shaft), Wendi McLendon-Covey (Bridesmaids), Josh Brener (Silicon Valley), Tamala Jones (Castle), Phoebe Robinson, Max Greenfield (New Girl), Jason Jones, Brian Bosworth, Chris Witaske , Pete Davidson (Set It Up) and Erykah Badu.
Ali Davis (Henson) is a successful sports agent who’s constantly boxed out by her male colleagues. When Ali is passed up for a well-deserved promotion, she questions what else she needs to do to succeed in a man’s world… until she gains the ability to hear men’s thoughts! With her newfound power, Ali looks to outsmart her colleagues as she races to sign the next basketball superstar, but the lengths she has to go to will put her relationship with her best friends and a potential new love interest (Aldis Hodge) to the test.
What Men Want is set to debut in theaters on February 08, 2019.
