Walt Disney Pictures is teaming with producers Ben Stiller and Stuart Cornfeld for an adaptation of the documentary Quantum Hoops, Deadline reports.
Stan Chervin, one of the writers of the upcoming Moneyball, will turn the true-story of Caltech’s basketball team (which went for more than two decades without winning a single game) into a narrative feature.
The original film, directed by Rick Greenwald and featuring narration by David Duchovny, was released in 2007.
