It will be an Adventureland reunion in Woody Allen‘s next movie as the 79-year-old writer/director has set Jesse Eisenberg and Kristen Stewart to star in his next, next film, along with Bruce Willis rounding out the first batch of casting. As always, the pic does not have a title and no early word on a plot, but these are three names that don’t necessarily come as a surprise.
This is the second go-round with Allen for Eisenberg after To Rome with Love back in 2012 and the first time for both Stewart and Willis, though I think Allen just might provide some great material to allow Stewart to shine. Willis will likely step into a role similar to the two played by Alec Baldwin in the recent past.
As for Allen, he’s lining ’em up fast and furious. He’s got Irrational Man later this year, not to forget the deal he cut for a television show with Amazon Studios. [Deadline]
