Love Me: Kristen Stewart, Steven Yeun Movie Sets Release Date Window

Love Me, a new cosmic romance movie starring Kristen Stewart and Steven Yeun, has been acquired by Bleeker Street and ShivHans.

Announced in a press release, Bleecker Street and ShivHans have acquired the United States distribution rights to Love Me, which is written and directed by Sam and Andy Zuchero.

Having held its world premiere at the Sundance Film Festival earlier this year, Love Me is expected to be released in United States theaters in early 2025.

WWE Independent, meanwhile, will represent the international rights to the film at the Cannes Film Market later this month.

What is Love Me about?

“A buoy and a satellite meet online long after humanity’s extinction,” the description of the film, which will feature both live-action performances and animation, reads. “As they learn what life was like on Earth, they discover who they are and what it means to be alive and in love.”

“We are excited to have Bleecker Street onboard as the newest member of our passionate Love Me team to bring the film to audiences and theaters nationwide,” Sam and Andy Zuchero said in a statement. “Love Me was a collaborative effort from an incredible team of artists and storytellers from Kristen, Steven, ShivHans, 2AM, and AGX.”

Kevin Rowe, Luca Borghese, Ben Howe, Shivani Rawat, and Julie Goldstein serve as producers on Love Me, while Daniel Bekerman, Christine D’Souza Gelb, and Connor Flanagan serve as executive producers.

Yeun is known for playing Glenn Rhee in The Walking Dead and voicing Mark Grayson in Amazon Prime Video’s Invincible. He also played Danny Cho in Netflix’s Beef and has starred in movies such as 2017’s Okja, 2017’s Mayhem, 2018’s Sorry to Bother You, 2018’s Burning, and 2022’s Nope.

Stewart, meanwhile, recently starred alongside Katy O’Brian in Rose Glass and A24’s Love Lies Bleeding. It was recently announced that she and Oscar Isaac will soon appear in Flesh of the Gods, a new vampire movie directed by Mandy’s Panos Cosmatos.
