The first footage from David Ayer‘s World War II tank drama Fury premiered yesterday at E3 and can be viewed directly below along with a batch of new pictures from the film, set for a November 14 release.
Brad Pitt stars as a battle-hardened army sergeant named Wardaddy, commanding a Sherman tank and her five-man crew on a deadly mission behind enemy lines at the very end of World War II, in April 1945. Outnumbered and outgunned, Wardaddy and his men face overwhelming odds in their heroic attempts to strike at the heart of Nazi Germany. Shia LaBeouf, Logan Lerman, Michael Peña, Scott Eastwood, Jon Bernthal and Jason Isaacs co-star.
Ayer seems to be something of an up-and-down filmmaker, while I haven’t yet seen Sabotage, reviews weren’t too kind, but I thought End of Watch was great while Street Kings was no bueno. I have high hopes for this one, give the featurette below a look and let me know if I’m right to have such hopes.
