There could be more than just a Best Actor nomination that comes out of Sony Pictures Classics’s Get Low starring Robert Duvall, Bill Murray, Lucas Black and Sissy Spacek and directed by Aaron Schneider, but that seems to be the film’s one certainty as he near its July 30 release date and today get our look at the first official trailer courtesy of Yahoo.
In the film Duvall plays a Tennessee hermit named Felix Bush who decides to throw his own funeral party while he’s still alive. Talk of nominations for Murray and Spacek were also strong back in September 2009 as the film played at the Toronto Film Festival, but on top of all that it’s simply supposed to be a great picture.
