Trailer for Francis Ford Coppola’s ‘Tetro’

I actually had a chance to see Francis Ford Coppola’s new film Tetro already and can tell you I really liked it and hope to catch it again as it makes its way to the Seattle International Film Festival and now you get your first look at the black-and-white feature, which includes various splashes of color throughout.

The film, while fictional, is said to have had its origins from memories and emotions of Coppola’s early life. It stars Vincent Gallo and newcomer Alden Ehrenreich, whom I can tell you reminds me of a Leonardo DiCaprio, Michael Pitt and Emile Hirsch all wrapped in one. Truly, Ehrenreich was fantastic in this pic. The story centers on the bittersweet reunion of two brothers and the secrets surrounding their relationship.

Tetro is set to hit theaters on June 11. Check out the trailer directly below.
