Handpicked Films and Tayrona Entertainment have signed Shane West, Cam Gigandet, Val Kilmer, Arielle Kebbel and Eric Balfour for Silver Cord.
According to Variety, the film will be directed by James Ordonez, who is also the co-writer along with Ken Gord.
The story centers on Ordonez’s brother who came back to life after being declared clinically dead on multiple occasions. The brother died in 2004.
The indie feature’s aiming at a September start and has obtained a SAG waiver.
