One of Neon’s divisive horror movies starring Emmy winner Tatiana Maslany has finally been added to Hulu‘s library. As of today, Maslany’s 2025 supernatural thriller film Keeper is officially available to stream on Hulu.
What do we know about Tatiana Maslany’s Keeper movie?
Keeper was directed by Osgood Perkins, with Nick Lepard writing the screenplay. This was the filmmaker’s latest collaboration with Maslany, after the film adaptation of Stephen King’s short story, The Monkey. The She-Hulk star played Liz, a free-spirited painter who goes to a remote cabin with her boyfriend, where she begins experiencing something terrifying. During its theatrical run, the film received mixed reception from critics and audiences. It currently has a 50% approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes, while its Popcornmeter is lower at 40%.
“The movie follows a couple as they escape for a romantic anniversary weekend at a secluded cabin. When Malcolm suddenly returns to the city, Liz finds herself isolated and in the presence of an unspeakable evil that unveils the cabin’s horrifying secrets,” reads the synopsis.
The movie also starred Rossif Sutherland (Murder in a Small Town), Tess Degenstein (Space Janitors), Glen Gordon (Providence Falls), Birkett Turton (Blade: Trinity), Erin Boyes (Waking Up to Danger), Christin Park (The Wrong Paris), Gina Vultaggio (Prom Pact), Claire Friesen, and more. In addition to leading the cast, Maslany was also serving as an executive producer alongside Bonner Bellew, Fred Berger, Dave Caplan, John Hegeman, Brian Kavanaugh-Jones, Marlaina Mah, Laurie May, Peter Micelli, Noah Segal, and Vince Totino. The creative team consisted of cinematographer Jeremy Cox and composer Edo Van Breeman, along with editors Graham Fortin and Greg Ng.
