As announced earlier in the year, players who signed up for the Pokémon Trainer Club newsletter before September 25, 2021 should be receiving emails that include codes for Dada Zarude and Shiny Celebi. Once sent out, players will simply have to input the codes listed in the email in Pokémon Sword or Pokémon Shield’s Mystery Gift option in the X menu to claim them.

Unfortunately for those who haven’t signed up, it’s unknown if The Pokémon Company plans on making the two Pokémon available to players in another way. In the meantime, signing up for the Pokémon Trainer Club newsletter can make it so you’re eligible for other promotions in the future.

Set within the forest of Okoya, Pokémon the Movie: Secrets of the Jungle will center on Koko, a human boy who has been raised by the Mythical Pokémon Zarude. After growing up around only Pokémon, Koko believes that he is one, but a chance meeting with Ash and Pikachu leaves him with his first interaction with another human leaves him questioning his own past.
