Popular K-drama Queen of Tears released a brand-new poster, teasing the upcoming storyline for its avid fans. The series follows the story of a married couple – chaebol heiress Hong Hae-In (Kim Ji-Won) and her husband, Baek Hyun-Woo (Kim Soo-Hyun). The couple faces a crisis three years into their marriage and gradually resolves their differences to fall in love all over again.
The newly released poster for Queen of Tears unveils Yoon Eun-Seong (Park Sung-Hoon) and Mo Seul-Hee’s (Lee Mi-Sook) new era of taking over the conglomerate Queens Group. The duo were revealed to be mother and son, who plotted their plan to take control of the conglomerate. They used the chaebol family and made their way as the second largest shareholder of the company. The new poster sees them replacing the family.

Queen of Tears poster reveals the current and upcoming storyline in the highly popular drama. Yoon Eun-Seong and Mo Seul-Hee carefully plotted their strategies to take over the conglomerate Queens Group. In the previous episode, Baek Hyun-Woo and Hong Beom-Ja collaborated to discover that Seul-Hee was Eun-Seong’s birth mother. The latter gave birth in prison, and Eun-Seong ended up getting adopted by a couple abroad.
Seul-Hee lived under a false identity and entered the conglomerate Queens Group as Chairman Hong Man-Dae’s mistress. Meanwhile, she and Chairman Hong Man-Dae provided Eun-Seong with a scholarship as part of their sponsorship at the orphanage. Eun-Seong utilized Hong Hae-In’s brother Hong Soo-Cheol’s innocence. He collaborated with Soo-Cheol’s wife, Cheon Da-Hye, and secretary Grace to strike a deal with Soo-Cheol and trap the group into issues with the resort deal project.
Despite Hyun-Woo’s warnings, Soo-Cheol and the Chairman went ahead with the deal only to face losses. Moreover, Seul-Hee drugged Man-Dae, leading to the latter suffering a heart attack. She was also his legal guardian and had the right to make medical decisions for Man-Dae. This way, the mother-son duo took over the Queens Group and drove away the chaebol family to Yongduri.
In the poster, Seul-Hee is holding Eun-Seong’s arm as they sit in front of the Queens Group family portrait. They look determined to take over the conglomerate and make their long-awaited dream come true. The caption reads, “It took 30 years. Until we make this house ours.” Will their takeover stand the test of time? Or, will Baek Hyun-Woo help his in-laws gain their chaebol status back?
