Episode 15 of My Man Is Cupid arrived on Amazon Prime Video on Friday, January 19, 2024. In the new episode, Baek-Ryeon (Nana) and Sang-Hyuk (Jang Dong-Yoon) go through serious turmoil. As shown in the episode, the serial killer is still on the loose, and Baek-Ryeon’s life is in grave danger.
My Man Is Cupid episode 15 also showcases Sang-Hyuk learning from the little boy, who is Courage, that he will also get a second chance to change his fate and be with his true love, Baek-Ryeon, forever. In the newly released episode, Sang-Hyuk also learns that it is Baek-Ryeon’s fate to die for police officer Seo Jae-Hee.
My Man Is Cupid episode 15: What Happens to Nana’s character Baek-Ryeon?
Episode 15 of My Man Is Cupid begins by showing how the serial killer kills Kim Myeong-Sik, who has been inside the prison. Then, the episode reveals the killer’s identity. It is none other than the owner of the dog named Potato, who started to visit Baek-Ryeon’s veterinarian clinic recently. He is also associated with one of the victims of the serial killer case, Go Eun-Seo.
The episode returns to the moment when Baek-Ryeon prepares to perform a critical operation on the killer’s pet dog. She is unaware of the owner’s identity. However, when the owner talks in the operation theater, she quickly realizes that she has heard that voice before and becomes suspicious of the man. The killer goes closer to Baek-Ryeon with an operation knife. However, the arrival of Baek-Ryeon’s receptionist makes him leave the room.
Later on, police officer Seo Jae-Hee arrives at Baek-Ryeon’s clinic to check whether or not she is alright. By the time he reaches the place, the culprit leaves. Sang-Hyuk also arrives there and takes Baek-Ryeon home safely. Meanwhile, after Kim Myeong-Sik dies at the hands of the serial killer, the police begin their extensive search all around the suspected area. Baek-Ryeon later goes to see the hypnosis expert to take a hypnosis session. In her dream, she sees herself as Jeong-Ah, the victim of the 1993 polka dot murder case. She also hears the killer’s voice in her dream.
Baek-Ryeon soon realizes that it is the same man as the one who owns the dog, Potato. In the meantime, Sang-Hyuk finally meets the little boy, who is Courage. He tells him that he has already lost his first chance to be with his true love forever due to his lack of willingness. However, he will get another chance to be with Baek-Ryeon. He then goes on to shoot his cupid arrows from the rooftop.
My Man Is Cupid episode 15 then shows Baek-Ryeon meeting Officer Seo Jae-Hee. She informs him about the serial killer’s voice, and he believes her. The two then decide to look for the culprit. After that, Jae-Hee asks her to sit in his car, and Baek-Ryeon does that. When Jae-Hee is about to get into his car, he receives a call from one of his subordinates. The officer informs about finally finding the serial killer’s home.
Meanwhile, Samshin, the God who has been warning Sang-Hyuk of his ill fate, visits him after a long time. He then goes on to tell him that Baek-Ryeon, who was Lee So-Hee in her previous life, has been able to avoid her fate of dying for Prince Lee Seon, who is now Officer Jae-Hee, because of Sang-Hyuk’s interference. However, in this life, she will not be able to avoid her fate and will end up dying for Officer Jae-Hee.
At the end of episode 15 of My Man Is Cupid, as Baek-Ryeon waits inside Officer Jae-Hee’s car, a bomb starts ticking. At that moment, Sang-Hyuk calls her and frantically tries to tell her to get out of the car. The episode ends with the bomb going off and Jae-Hee’s car exploding. It seems like Baek-Ryeon is inside the car when the bomb explodes.
