The much-awaited episodes of The Worst of Evil are almost here. The Disney Plus K-drama has gained significant popularity for its thrilling storylines as well as the complex and intertwined relationship between the characters. Five episodes of the series are already out, which have kept viewers on the edge of their seats.
Starring Ji Chang-wook and Wi Ha-joon in lead roles, the upcoming episodes promises terrific action sequences. The Worst of Evil follows the story of detective Park Jun-mo (Ji Chang-wook), who is assigned to go undercover with an evil gang and track down the drug cartel and its boss Jung Gi-cheol (played by Wi Ha-joon). What to Expect From The Worst of Evil Episodes 6 & 7?
The Worst of Evil is set in 90s Seoul, where Jun-mo goes undercover with a deadly underworld drug peddling organization that is involved in the creation of a new drug and trafficking it between Japan, China, and Korea. However, Jun-mo finds out that his wife, Yoo Eui-jeong, who is also a police officer, is also working on the same case. Jun-mo now has to fight to uncover the drug cartel while also protecting his wife.
Episode 5 of this K-drama saw an unusual bromance brew between the detective Park Jun-mo and the mafia gang’s boss, Jung Gi-cheol. The former saves the mafia boss from a violent rival attack, leading to a formation of trust between the two men. However, the consequences of Gi-cheol’s heroic actions only brings more trouble for the gang, with the Chinese and Japanese counterparts coming to Korea for a scheduled drop.
Jun-mo also discovers that his wife is meeting with the gang’s boss. In the upcoming episodes of The Worst of Evil, Gi-cheol will be seen struggling to stay loyal to his organization and the members while also navigating his feelings towards his childhood crush, which happens to be the detective’s wife. The gang is also not very happy with their boss interacting all too well with Jun-mo.

Episodes 6 and 7 of The Worst of Evil will be available to stream globally on Disney Plus on Wednesday, October 11, 2023, at 4 p.m. KST, 12 a.m. PT, 3 a.m. ET and 8 a.m. GMT. The K-drama will also be available worldwide on various Disney streaming platforms, including Disney Plus Hotstar, Hulu, and Star+.
