Sara Ali Khan’s upcoming movie, Ae Watan Mere Watan, dropped its highly anticipated trailer, promising a gripping storyline. Sara Ali Khan’s Ae Watan Mere Watan trailer released

On March 4, 2024, the makers of Ae Watan Mere Watan took to social media to share its trailer. The leading lady of the movie, Sara Ali Khan, captioned the post with, “Rising from the shadows of history, a tale of unyielding courage emerges. witness the journey unfold in #AeWatanMereWatanOnPrime, Mar 21.”

In the movie, Sara Ali Khan portrays the role of freedom fighter Usha Mehta, who emerged as the ‘voice of the nation.’ The trailer introduces viewers to a 22-year-old Usha, who establishes an underground radio station to unite the nation against the British. Even though she was a college student in Bombay, her unwavering commitment played an important role in India’s freedom.

The clip showcases the courage and sacrifices of the youth during India’s fight for freedom, promising an emotional yet gripping cinematic experience.

Additionally, in an official statement, Sara Ali Khan expressed her honor in portraying Usha Mehta. She said, “Portraying such a powerful character in Ae Watan Mere Watan has been an honor beyond words. To embody the spirit of my character and diving into her consciousness and understanding what motivates and inspires her has been humbling and empowering.”
