Ranbir Kapoor’s Animal Runtime Revealed and It Could Be Longest Bollywood Movie

Sandeep Reddy Vanga has once again defied expectations with the runtime of his upcoming film, Animal. Sharing the news on his social media handles, Vanga revealed that the Ranbir Kapoor starrer will clock in at 3 hours and 21 minutes. This runtime makes Animal one of the longest movies in recent history.

The announcement comes on the heels of much speculation and apprehension surrounding the runtime of Animal. Vanga, known for his unapologetic and intense storytelling, seems to have embraced the challenge. The director also disclosed that Animal has received an A certificate from the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC), solidifying its status as an adults-only affair.

The runtime of Animal not only challenges the conventional norms of Bollywood but also poses a logistical challenge for cinema halls. Moreover, with logistical preparations involved, the film could presumably span nearly four hours.

As the anticipation builds, Sandeep Reddy Vanga has set the stage for the next revelation, i.e. the trailer release. Taking to Instagram, he shared a monochromatic picture of Ranbir Kapoor, announcing the trailer’s arrival on November 23, 2023. The news has ignited excitement among fans eagerly awaiting a glimpse of what Animal has in store.

Ranbir Kapoor is stepping into uncharted territory with Animal. He is playing a son entangled in a complex dynamic with his father (Anil Kapoor). The film explores themes of obsession and familial bonds. And with the added layer of a violent narrative, it’s set to be a gripping cinematic experience.

Apart from Ranbir Kapoor and Anil Kapoor, the film boasts a stellar cast. This includes Rashmika Mandanna in the role of Geetanjali, Ranbir’s wife, and Bobby Deol as the antagonist. All things considered, Animal promises to elevate the intensity further, as suggested by the promotional material so far.
