2011’s The Thing prequel is long behind us (for some, long-forgotten), however today, Amalgamated Dynamic Inc. posted some behind-the-scenes video of the FX work they created for the film. If you followed the production stories, you know that much of ADI’s practical effects wound up being dominated by CGI. The video you’ll find inside takes a look at the “Thing pilot” from the third act of the movie. This is just one in a series of production videos ADI has been sharing via their Facebook page. Pretty cool stuff, indeed.
