An upcoming serial killer film
Variety reports Anthony Hopkins will star in New Line’s Solace.
The film is a serial killer thriller in which Hopkins will play a psychic doctor. Here’s something for a change, he’s not a bad guy this time. Instead, he’s on the trail of the killer.
No director has come aboard, but the film has bunch of writers on it that reads like a grocery list.
Variety says Sean Bailey and Ted Griffin wrote a draft. Then Zodiac‘s James Vanderbilt came in for a rewrite and most recently Peter Morgan did a pass. More details as it comes.
