83rd Academy Award nominees announced
We reported earlier that Rick Baker’s work in The Wolfman could be an Oscar nominee this year.
Well, nominations for the 83rd Academy Awards were announced on this morning by Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences President Tom Sherak and Oscar-winning actress and Academy member Mo’Nique.
The Wolfman scored a Best Makeup nomination and is up against two other films: Barney’s Version and The Way Back.
