Spooky or Hot? Marceau Transforms into Bellucci in Don’t Look Back

One cannot call the scenario in which the quite beautiful Sophie Marceau turns into remarkably gorgeous Monica Bellucci “haunting” by any means. Somehow, though, this trailer for the French supernatural thriller Don’t Look Back sells the transformation as something quite unnerving.

Directed by Marina de Van, the film concerns a best-selling author (Marceau) who loses her grip on reality as she slowly morphs into the body of another woman (Bellucci). What now? Why? I don’t know! My head is still wrapped around the “morphing” bit. Nevertheless, all questions are answered this Wednesday, June 23 when the film debuts on IFC’s Midnight VOD channel.
