Women wins bid on haunted house
Director Andrew Sawyer and executive producer Sal Lizard (helluva name), dropped Shock a line to let us know they’re going to start shooting a film called Next Door on May 1.
Lizard is going to star with Nicol Kruex, Christina Rondano and Lynn Lowry. The latter has starred in George Romero’s The Crazies, Shivers and Cat People.
Next Door is described as a ghost story that follows the tale of Anna, a single woman and bookkeeper for a New York firm, who wins a bid on a house in a small town in Massachusetts. After being abandoned by the previous owners and vacant for quite some time, Anna arrives and finds that the house seems to be haunted. She soon makes discoveries about her house and her neighbors that are unsettling.
