You read that right, Paramount and producer J.J. Abrams have posted five minutes from Matt Reeves’ giant monster vérité exercise Cloverfield via the widget you see below. It is prefaced by an introduction from Abrams who gives you, dear reader, very specific instructions on how to score your own screening that will likely stomp the living crap out of your audience members (bye-bye, grandma!).
Embed the widget on your MySpace page, Facebook profile…anywhere. The top 20 people whose widget is grabbed the most will win a prize. 1st Prize is your very own hometown screening! Three 2nd Prize winners will receive one Panasonic HDC-SD1 AVCHD 3CCD High Definition SD/SDHC Camcorder, four 3rd Prize winners will receive one Panasonic DMC TZ1 digital camera, and twelve 4th Prize winners will receive a Cloverfield prize pack.
