General Hospital Spoilers Today: Carly & Joss Butt Heads in Mar. 5 Recap

Here’s a recap and spoilers to catch up with General Hospital’s intense March 5 episode. It showcased Carly and Joss getting into a fiery argument, Felicia confronting Lulu about kissing Nathan, and Chase and Brook Lynn making a decision about the baby.

Spoilers for what happened on General Hospital on March 5, 2026

A secret affair

After hooking up, Sonny and Justine sit down for a chat. The two agree to keep their romantic encounter secret since it could damage her career. They also acknowledge that it will never happen again.

Baby Jane Doe

Nathan informs Chase and Brook Lynn about the bag he found. She hopes the authorities will find Delilah’s family. Nathan reassures her that he’ll send officers to investigate and run Delilah’s DNA through the database.

Later, Felicia talks to the couple about the baby, who is currently named Baby Jane Doe. Brook Lynn feels sad for the baby for not being given a proper name. The pair then checks on the little girl. Chase says that he’ll do his best to find the baby’s family. But until then, they’ll take care of the newborn.

Felicia accuses Lulu

After witnessing Lulu kissing Nathan, Felicia confronts her about it. Lulu defends herself, saying that they got close quite recently. But Felicia feels that Lulu is betraying Maxie by getting involved with Nathan. Lulu reasons she wouldn’t have been with him if Maxie had chosen him.

Later, Lulu talks to Nathan about her confrontation and notes that she’ll have talk to Maxie without delay.

A fiery exchange

While Joss handcuffs Valentin in the attic, Carly shows up. Carly admits to Joss that she helped Valentin hide and that he was the only way to get her out of the WSB. Joss is taken aback to learn that her mother knows about her job, and they take their argument to the kitchen.

Their confrontation heats up, and Joss admits to having voluntarily joined the WSB. She also talks about her previous jobs, which shocks Carly about the dangers her daughter was involved in. Joss then goes on to explain that she is working to take Sonny down next. After a long and emotional conversation, Joss gives her mother a day’s time to make Valentin leave. After Joss leaves, Valentin shows up with his bag.

Pain of losing a patient

At the hospital, Liz comforts Britt after Delilah’s death, knowing it was her first loss after she returned as a doctor. The two then exchange compliments, acknowledging the difficult situation. Britt then texts Jason to meet.

Meanwhile, Jason reluctantly updates Jack on his conversation with Cullum. After their interaction, Jason meets up with Britt, who’s still reeling from the loss of her patient.
