Karen Wilson eventually uncovers the truth after discovering large credit card bills and a collection of medications. When confronted, Hen admits that she did not want anyone worrying about her.
Things take a turn for the worse during a fire rescue. While responding to the incident, Hen’s symptoms suddenly resurface, putting her life in serious danger. Although she manages to escape the building, she collapses outside. Later at the hospital, Chimney recognizes the severity of her condition and makes the difficult decision to remove her from the team to protect both Hen and those around her.
As for what this means long-term, the show has not confirmed anything. While Hen is temporarily sidelined from the team, that does not mean she has exited the series altogether.
